Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 999bh platform, including the website located at https://999bh.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User" or "You") and 999bh ("We", "Us" or "Our").

By registering an account on 999bh or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To register and use 999bh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active 999bh account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999bh enforces this restriction without exception. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting and casino services from your location.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 999bh or any of its affiliated partner companies.

999bh reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any member's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on 999bh. The following rules govern account registration, use and security:

• Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 999bh will close any duplicate accounts discovered and may confiscate balances held in such accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 999bh support immediately. 999bh will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• 999bh may require members to complete identity and age verification (KYC) procedures at any stage. Members must cooperate fully with all verification requests to maintain access to the Platform and its withdrawal facilities.

999bh uses SSL encryption to protect your account data and all login session traffic. Despite these protections, you must take reasonable personal precautions including using a strong and unique password, logging out from shared devices, and not accessing your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999bh are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999bh supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

• Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfers. 999bh reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 999bh may require members to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.
• Deposits made to a 999bh account must be used for betting or gaming activity before a withdrawal of that deposit can be processed. Depositing funds solely with the intention of withdrawing them immediately — without using them for genuine play — is not permitted and may result in account review.
• 999bh does not charge any deposit or withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

999bh offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and tournament prizes, are subject to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine personal use only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated betting strategies, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item of value outside of the wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms.
• 999bh reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by a member.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh or BPL tournament periods are time-limited. Members must meet any qualifying conditions within the stated promotion period to be eligible for such offers.

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bonus systems in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 999bh Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. 999bh reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced, or placed after an event has concluded.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our licensed game providers. 999bh does not alter, influence or control the outcomes of any casino games hosted on the Platform.

• 999bh does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access accounts or interact with the Platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Responsible Gaming

999bh is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We provide the following tools and resources to help members maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit limits: Members may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to be applied to their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 1 week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

999bh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or any other activity that 999bh reasonably believes to constitute a criminal offence or violation of applicable law.
• A member's request for self-exclusion, or a determination by 999bh that a member's gambling activity presents a problem gambling risk that warrants protective account restrictions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a verification request has been issued. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the specified deadline may be closed with any remaining balance held pending verification completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bh Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations and underlying code, is the property of 999bh or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 999bh Platform without prior written authorisation from 999bh.

The 999bh brand name, logo and all associated trademarks are proprietary marks belonging to 999bh. Nothing in these Terms grants any member a licence to use 999bh trademarks for any purpose. Unauthorised use of 999bh trademarks constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bh's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 999bh specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational damage, whether arising from contract, tort or otherwise.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, server downtime or connectivity failures beyond 999bh's reasonable control that result in the inability to access the Platform or place bets during a live event.
• Losses resulting from a member's own decision to place a bet, continue playing, or proceed with a transaction. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain; 999bh is not responsible for the results of any individual bet or gaming session.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

999bh collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with 999bh's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to 999bh's operating jurisdiction.
